Chairman
He is expert on banking and cyber security sector. He has worked as senior executive director positions in global financial institutions, including HSBC, RBC, Mer- rill Lynch, and Bear Stearns, in US, London and Switzerland. He has studied computer science at the University of Massachusetts before completing his studies in Business and Human Resources Management at Palm Beach Atlantic University (US).
Managing Director
He served in the Bangladesh Army for twenty-seven years and voluntarily retired as a Colonel in 2019. He is formerly an ex-signaller who developed his skills on telecommunication and IT during his military service. He also completed his second MBA from Sobey School of Business, Saint Mary's University, Canada and a Diploma on Project Management from George Brown College, Canada. Presently he is pursuing his PhD in business Administration (marketing) in the University of South Alabama, USA.
