What we collect
When you send an enquiry, apply for a programme or contact us, we store the name, email address, phone number, programme of interest and message you provide, together with the page you submitted from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to advise you on programmes and batches, and to process your admission if you decide to enrol. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
Only authorised staff of the institute, according to their role. Access is controlled by the staff portal and every change is recorded in an audit log.
Certificate verification
The verification page shows only the certificate number, holder name, programme, grade and dates. No other student record is exposed publicly.
Your requests
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent us by writing to info@mitisol.net. Records the institute must keep by law, such as financial records, are retained for the required period.
